1. Change your name, E-mail and password
Under account information, click ‘My Account’. You will arrive at a screen that will allow you to edit your account. Click ‘Edit My Account’, you will be prompted to enter a new name, e-mail and password.
2. Art Club membership verification
Under ’My Account’, click “Verification" under ‘Art Club Membership Verification’ and enter ‘Mobile Number’ to verify your membership. ART CLUB membership verification will make your online shopping enjoys the same privileges as offline. To discover more information, please check at ‘Membership Policy’.
3. Shipping address management
Under ‘My Account’, click ‘Address Book’. Here, you can add a new address, remove an existing address, or edit an existing address. You could have the different addresses for delivery up to 6 records.
To remove a saved address, please click ‘Edit’ next to the address you wish to remove. In the next screen you will be prompted to ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’. If you wish to delete the address, click ‘Delete’.
To edit an existing address, please click ‘Edit’ next to the address you wish to edit.
To add an address, please click ‘Add a new address’, enter the necessary information, and click ‘Save’.
4. Order tracking and history
Under ‘My Account’, click ‘Orders’. Here, you will find a list of orders by date, including the order's status, order number, and order amount. If your order has shipped, the status will have a link to your tracking information.
5 Easy returns under ‘Orders’
Under ‘My Account’, click ‘Orders’ to find the related ‘Order Details’, and you will be prompted to find a "Return".
Please choose the merchandise you need to return and submit. Our Customer Service will confirm with your return application via phone/ e-mail and you arrange pickups accordingly.
6. Wish list management
Under ‘My Account’, click ‘Wish List’ to view all your wish items that you added. You can update your ‘Wish List’, remove items from your list, or add them to your cart for purchase.
Please note: the merchandise you added in your ‘Wish List’ may be sold out, but later can go online and be available for purchase after reallocation.

Collect-In-Store
1.As you shop, ‘Collect-in-store’ will be one of the shipping options before final checkout.Click on ‘Collect-in-store’ and select from the list your nearest store and complete the payment and order online.
2.By placing the order, ‘Collect-in-store’ is free of any shipping charge.The merchandises you ordered will be arrived to the designated store in 1-5 days.Our store staffs will contact with you for the detailed pick-up time.
3.Please bring and show your ID card and order notice to store staffs to complete the pickup.Our staffs will copy your ID information for the records.
Return-In-Store
1.The merchandises you bought in online store can be returned in nearby offline stores.
2.You need to log in ‘My Account’, go to ‘Orders’ and click “return” to select the option of return-in-store.
3.The service of ‘return-in-store’ is free of any shipping charge.
4.To select ‘return-in-store’ service, you need to guarantee that merchandises must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.Shoes, jewelry and accessories shall be put in the original boxes as well as in its original condition.The original box fees will be charged when the merchandise returned in a damaged box, or without the original box.
5.All the online orders abide by its online return polices: 7 days’ easy return.For the return beyond 7 days, please contact our customer service.The decision for whether the merchandises can be successfully returned and refunded is made by us.Please note: Shop with the option of ‘store reservation’ and pay offline may not be entitled to enjoy 7 days easy return.Please check out the details when shop offline.
6.The refund amount will take up 10 working days to send back to the original payment cards after receive your return.
Please remember to show the attached Invoice, relevant e- orders and your ID information to the store staff when you do the return in store.Our staffs will copy your ID information for records, otherwise it may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

The refund of your return in China will be issued to your submitted bank card information by ways of transferring.
As for international orders’ return, your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

2. Select ‘Cash on Delivery’
The merchandises have been prepared for dispatch once you ordered. You are unable to amend to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please contact our Customer Service.
3. Select Regular Delivery
For the merchandises you have not paid, we will keep it for you for one hour to make the change or cancellation. If you do not pay within an hour, your order will be canceled automatically. The merchandises have been prepared for dispatch once you have paid.
