We offer the free alterations when you shop online. At present this service can only apply to China Mainland stores (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). The online orders will all be processed with gift packaging. Gift packaging refers to packaging in the box used for merchandises transportation.

  4.1 Each level of cards requires a validity period of 365 days. Classic Card can be upgraded to Bamboo Card if one order online or offline spending amount over RMB 50,000. Classic Card can be upgraded to Peony Card if one order online or offline spending amount over RMB 100,000. Classic Card can be upgraded to Bamboo Card after the cumulative amount of RMB 70,000 from both online and offline shopping in one year. Bamboo Card can be upgraded to Peony Card after the cumulative amount of RMB 70,000 from both online and offline shopping in one year.

  4.2 Bamboo Card can keep the level of card if cumulative spending more than RMB 30,000 from both online and offline shopping in one year, or it would be degrated to Classic Card. Peony Card can keep the level of card if cumulative spending more than RMB 60,000 from both online and offline shopping in one year, or it would be degrated to Bamboo Card. 

  4.3 Exclusive discount for memberships: 10% off for Bamboo Card and 12% off for Peony Card (apply to full-price products only).
